New heater - same issue. BUT.... dealer tech discovers heavy cable ( #160 ) that feeds the heater was installed at factory on wrong terminal of the main contactor. Should have been on B+ cable side. Verified by looking at another unit. Moved the cable - coding diarrhea stops. Life is good !!!
