Battery is brand new like the lift, not that that guarantees it doesn't have a problem. Checked and double checked the fuses, fuse boxes/holders, cables, cable connections everything we can think of. I'm going to switch out the battery today and see if a different battery produces different results.
What you're saying makes sense so will re-check cables etc. once more.
