Our lift surges while driving forward or backward. Lift is a 2003 mpdle and has 70 hours on it. It is in our Theatre and a very clean environment. Never outside. Is there an oil filter cartridge in the oil tank?... i have borrowed a joy stick control from another unit and it still does same surges.... batteries are all good with clean connections. What could be causing these surges....
