Look into a 15 hp rotary phase converter this will convert your single phase to three phase, then you would just need to match the internal charger settings. I run my 3 phase lathe at home with one, mine is a 5 hp and I paid around 475. A 15hp with digital controls for the resistive load of the charger is around 1700 from American Rotary Phase Converters.
