The purchase of Maximal by Hyster Yale will mean the end for Nijmegen, Hyster will build the big trucks in China as they are looking to get to 7% operating profit margin, 63% of Hyster turnover is in North America and 12.6% is big trucks. Hyster will lose out dramatically in the big truck market and in North America meaning they will be an easy option for a Chinese Purchase with in three years
