Greetings all,

I recently bought a used Toyota 40-FBEC10 electric forklift. It worked fine for a while but now when I put it in forward or reverse and push the pedal, I hear the click happen, but the hydraulics do not seem to start to make it move. If I then pull the lever to tilt the forks, the hydraulic motor starts and I can drive it normally. Once I let off the gas I have to bump the tilt again to get it to move.

Where should I start to look to troubleshoot this?

Thanks,

Scott

At the opening ceremony of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 1932, marching bands were instructed to walk out of step as they crossed the bridge. This unusual directive was given as a precaution due to concerns about the bridge's structural integrity during its early use.
