all of the cable connectors were checked for tightness and clean, The owner had someone do some testing on the battery and they thought it was in good condition, we only use the forklift to pick up skids and move things and its never used to pull or push anything. I don't think a draw test has been done on the motor. The board # 28 has some black spots on it like its been hot but wasnt sure if that board would cause this issue?
