I certainly sympathize with the folks who have been effected by recent disasters.
Those who have stepped up and are aiding people in effected areas are to be commended.
In this particular situation, using this device attached to a liftruck to move trailers brought in by folks with materials to aid people in their time of need is great and I can see in this "Unique" situation it helps.
But for industrial use, it is not safe and practical because of the way a liftruck steers.
Most lift operators would not be able to use this device without extensive training. Being able to look ahead to see where you are going as well as looking behind to watch the trailer, is a task the average operator could not do.
In days gone by we fabricated a device that fit on the forks and was used to move trailers and frames, but only on limited basis and by a very experienced operator.
I can appreciate your passion to help, but this attachment would open "a can of worms" with the Safety community.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
