They have probably got to save cash, either to meet funder repayments or profit expectations. On the other hand it might be part of a plan to raise further loans. Who knows, anyway it isnt anything to do with customer service. I doubt it will affect the big national contracts only the small users who pay a premium and pay on time. Never forget how your company was built....in Briggs case, its just by buying companies who did not forget any customer and grew by reputation, hard work and dedication, so they wouldnt know or care. There are still plenty of staff out there who value all talented staff and customers alike.
