Good afternoon using 30rctt and the lift works fine however no forward or reverse action is able to be preformed, one thing we noticed is the hours meter (red number) is at 0. Our normal operator is out on sick leave for sometime. It has not been serviced in some time either. Besides this any ideas? Charged regularly no issues until now.
