Good Morning,

I am working on a Komatsu as stated above. When brought into the shop it would not pull in forward when cold, but after a few minutes of "warming up" it would pull very well. We checked the transmission pressures and were getting a 30-40 PSI fluctuation at idle. So we removed the Valve body and found the the main pump spool damaged. We replaced the valve body and it cured the light on the dash. BUT the forklift still does not pull at all when cold. Any ideas?

Fact of the week
The first practical visible-spectrum LEDs were red, not white. The red colour was the easiest to produce using the semiconductor materials available at the time (the 1960s). The alloy gallium arsenide phosphide (GaAsP) used emitted red light.
