Looking around the control panel you will notice, small Yellow and Green wires which connect to the Z or Y plug follow those wires to a metal L shaped or Z shaped bar.That is your Current sensor shunt. Make sure the fasteners holding the bar are tight and wiring is ok.
If this is not helpful try downloading GE EVT5 or 100 controller manual, most older GE controller manuals are available free on the web.
