What is it like to work for a Crown Dealer?

It seems like lately I keep hearing stories about Crown losing a lot of sales people. You always used to hear about Crown's stability. Is the company changing or does anyone have any insight in to what it is like to work for Crown?

Their personal animosity and business rivalry divided their German hometown Herzogenaurach. The town became known as "the town of bent necks" due to the intense loyalty to each brand.
