Erratic idling

I have a Clark lift truck CMP 25 LP that is giving me trouble it turns on but hads a erratic idle the RPMs go up and down i cleaned out the LP regulator cleaned out the carburetor checked all vacuum hoses seem to be OK is this carburetor electronic It has a Harness going to the bottom of the carburetor base Will I have to get a laptop connected to the truck I was thinking maybe is the LP pressure sensor any help To get me going to the right direction to fix this unit

The symptom that you're describing is a clogged fuel filter.

If it has an IMPCO Lock off, you'll need to disassemble it and change the filter if it is dirty or deteriorated.

If the fuel system uses a fuel filter, it will most likely be attached to the propane hose near the radiator.

It's easy to find.
