Crown sp3410-30 hard plug 1 direction

Hello
I have this picker that plugs hard in in puf forward
Brake also reacts harder in puf
I installed new access 3 controller
Calibrated as needed, set all plug And brake parameters
As low as possible,pulled drive motor sent out and checked ok
Will be installing new upper motor shaft bearing and seal,along with motor encoder,please if anyone has any info on this problem let me in on it because im running out of straws. Thank you.

Thanks for the info
You were right on the money,the upper drive unit support
Bearing was missing half the ball bearings,iwas amazed that it didn't
Show any signs other than a hard plug in forward.

hi pistolpeted I suggest that you replace the gearbox steering bearing as the that is what is cause of your fault so that is the bearing supporting gbox steer turntable when it is not serviceable it causes motor to pole when plugging usually determined by steering full left or right the fault will disappear good luck
