Reach stacker starting problem

Hello,
I have a Reach stacker which I have bought 2008 from Konecranes. Last 4 months we could not start the machine. It means when I start the machine first time in a day, I can start it and operate in around 2 hours. if I stop the machine meanwhile, then I could not start it. But if I wait for a while suppose 30 min, then I could start it. The engine running hour is now more than 20000. It is mention that, we have done only engine Top overhauling and tried with different recondition self starter. Do you have any idea ?

Hello i have the same problem with stacker engine kumins dont start

When we start for 2nd time, for few seconds we hear the cranking sound. But the sound is not proper one as we hear from normal cranking. And the cell (self starter) burns. it happened 5 times. We have two battery of 12 volts.

can you start and not happens or start with cranking engine but not running?
