Bt Industries RRE160:
Reach out bit heavy

greetings everyone
BT RRE160, 2016 year

The problem I face is when I operate all hydraulic lift systems, lower, side shifters, tilting and reach in except reach out (when the lever is moved the reach out is a bit heavy and an error code 4.193 comes out) then I copy the configuration but it keeps failing.
Please help all my friends for the problem I am facing and ask for enlightenment

so thank you

Error 4.193 Signal missing from reach carriage
sensor. Reduced extension movement.
If the reach carriage moves:
* Verify the status of the reach carriage
sensor, CID diagnostic display 4:
* [B26]/[X130:38] and [B27]/[X130:11]:
pos 3 and 4.
If the status on one of the inputs does
not change:
* Inspect the distance between the sensor
and rule, max. 6 mm.
* Verify that there is battery voltage between
[B2x:1] and [B2x:3].
* Inspect the conductors 78/[X130:38]
and 79/[X130:11].
* Replace the sensor that does not
change status.
* Download new firmware to the MCU. If
this involves an update, then the CID
firmware should also be replaced.
* Replace the MCU.
If the reach carriage does not move:
* Check that the reach carriage is not mechanically
blocked.
* Calibrate the valves [Q6] and [Q7].
* Replace the main valve block if calibration
is not possible.
* Update the truck firmware to the latest
available version.
* Replace the MCU.
