RC 3000 does not stop when plugging

RC 3000 does not come to a stop when plugging. This came on suddenly. What causes this to happen ?

If it is only in one direction check your forward and reverse switches under the handle. If it is in both directions put truck in a tight turn to see if it is one motor or one set of contactors causing problem.

No, it just kept going while trying to plug to stop.

Does it attempt to plug at all? Probably REC3 or REC4 are faulty.
