Raymond R40TT no aux. function

have a raymond that drive and lift, but no s/s, tilt or reach.
no codes showing.
contactor closes for fwd/rev, same contactor won't close for other functions.
followed procedure and figured that VFC card no good, put a new one in still the same.
is the next thing the joystick?

have you fixed it yet? If not, try the fuse in the top of the line filter (its a slo-blo fuse). The line filter is under the large access cover on top and at aprox. 11:00 o'clock position from the control handle. There is a small pastic grey screw cap and underneath is the fuse. When these blow, you will lose all aux functions, but it will travel and lift. If the fuse is good check the Over the mast cable at different positions, could be a bad spot in cable. Last look at control handle.

Did anyone change the settings in the program?
Rereading your post you have no pump turn on. That is suggestive of a broken wire
If you can access the SW (nad you will need to if changing the handle) there is a test for those functions in the control handle.

Is this a Reach truck? EasiR40TT or a dock truck? R40?

Sorry very different beasts for the issue

Handle is an issue, can you access the Superword?
If a reach truck look at the cable in the pentagraph. They are notorious for causing issues and failing
