Have an Easi OPC 30TT showing code 26 with steady green light on carriage control card. The 6 small glass fuses on the large card look ok in place. Where can I get a copy of the manual with troubleshooting steps? And/or schematic? I have nothing now but safety and operator manual, which have zip on troubleshooting.

I've got all the covers off and am ready to start troubleshooting procedures.

I have chased this code per manual and pulled my hair out. BE SURE sense line on heat sink block is good, not burnt or nut loose. This wire is on same stud as cable coming from power card loop amp sense donut.

Test power fuses.
Test drive motor. 1.2ohms through fields (s1 to s2) around 1 ohm is acceptable.
Test drive motor field cables. They can break under the jacket.

Remove fuses to test fuses. Remove cables from motor to test motor.

Rec1 will be a large diode on the heatsink. There is also a small one. Unlikely this is your issue more applicable for code 23.

I have an EASI order picker. I have replaced both tm's and the power car. I'm still getting a code 26. I have checked all fuses, rechecked the TM's and the Q1. I'm not sure were to go next. The manual says to check the REC 1, I'm not sure were it is at.

hi, I got the code 26 2 weeks ago, tested transistor under the power card and was both fine.. I replaced the power card and it solved the problem. Now the code 26 is back and I notice the pc contactor pull in some time with no code.. some time the pc contactor pull in and out, in out, in out.. contactor seem to be ok, its the voltage to activate the contactor who is not steady... and led on the power card come on at the selftest and stay off afte...

sorry for my english..

do you have an idea for the pc contactor who is not activated stable? the system card is giving 26.3v to contactor but give the ground randomly. dead man switch is ok and key switch too

Had this issue on a Raymond 4D 2013 45TT after a short in the reach harness. it blew a bridge on the board close to the 4 fuses labeled JMP1.

I have an easi stockpicker. Same code 26. All fuses testing good. That green light stays on does not flicker. I have not swapped cards yet, but typically is a faulty card?

I also have a Easi R 30tt had code 23,I replaced a blown fuse f5 a 350 amp fuse re keyed truck and now have a code 26 hyd function ok just no travel any ideas??

Code 26 is an open in the field winding on the drive motor.
Start with ensuring the battery is good,
Drive fuse is not blown,
Fuses (4) on the system card,
Motor cables and connections are good,
Perform a continuity test from S1 to S2 (cables on power card, disconnect cables from Power card)
PC contact pulls in.

During self test there is a green LED on the power card that will flicker on this is normal, if it stays illuminated it has gone into an over current situation. Experience tells me this is usually a faulty card.

Remove the power card and test the 2 transistors (H bridge), each of these contain 2 transistors. During operation,1 in each is powered on and depending on direction, 1 of the others is (partially) on. Test according to the manual and do a comparison check with both modules. * replace in pairs if faulty.

If both test fine, I would trial and error replace the power card at this point it is the likely cause.
If 1 has failed, I would replace them and reinstall the original power card depending on my analysis of the cause of the failure.

If the transistor has gone open, low % of power card failure,
If the transistor has shorted, higher % of failure,

A possible cause of transistor failure is an internal failure of the power card where it overdrives the input to the transistor B1/G1 (+10v) and burns them out.
