Discussion:
Raymond ACR Order Picker - Codes G2 and G3

Hi guys,

I have a Raymond ACR truck, when I start it up, it does the SELF TEST, no problems, and seems ready to go. As soon as you move the control stick, error code G3 appears, and truck does not move.

I also retrieved code G2 from the ERROR LOG list.

Does anyone know what codes G2 and G3 relate to?

Also, when I go to the config menu, and access LEARN, it does not prompt me to actually move the stick and perform the LEARN. I just hit enter on LEARN, and says DONE immediately. Truck won't learn!

Any help is appreciated guys!

G class codes are steering codes. G2 is "auto steer center failed" and G3 "home prox switch not functioning properly" which the prox is probably the cause of both your problems. Check the prox switch for proper clearance over the rail and make sure the little yellow light is on when it's over the rail.

The new Raymonds just LEARN center so all you'll get is DONE.
