Discussion:
Raymond 7400 aux manifold?

I have a ser# 740-07-CB09446 that leaks from the aux relief valve. Over the past year and a half it's had 2 new o-ring seats and a whole new valve and it still leaks (not bad enough for the dirt not to be able to keep up though). Now I just had a sister truck come in with the same relief valve blown completely out of the manifold. Pressure values are from the factory and have never been changed. Anybody heard of this recently?

This is the aux manifold on the carriage. If you're standing on the lift, looking at the back of the reach carriage at eye level, it is facing you on the other side of the reach cylinder. This valve is not pictured in the service manual but in the parts manual it is referred to as a pressure control valve, pt# 1076556/002.

The valve is actually blown out at a 45 degree angle and stuck there. The threads in the block have obviously been damaged so the whole manifold will have to be replaced before any pressure tests can be conducted.

what is the name of the valve? It will show on the manifold "sol3" "sol2" or "REL2" Is this the main manifold or "AUX" on the carriage?
Some manifolds cracked, looked like an "O" ring leak but was cracked at seat. Unhook load holding valve to max pressure it. Leaks will show up then
