Hyundai HBR25-7:
Power Steering

I have a Hyundai forklift, model HBR25-7 year 2008
History of forklift broken motor EPS and EPS controller.
I have replaced both of them, currently the forklift stops without power steering. When moving the steering system has normal power.
Can anybody explain me about this.
