Power steering assist is marginal

Looking for where to test steering pressure, and where to locate/ adjust relief valve. Thanks-

Steering should be at 1400 PSI. there should be a test port at the steer valve. You can test at the steer line for a very short time. The hydraulic pump has a priority valve installed specific for the steering. May need to start there. Also, the return line from the steer valve goes to the brake assist. The problem could be the pump or the steer valve. Hold the brake down and see if it is easier to turn. Good Luck.
