Raymond 520OPC:
power on\off through epo switch

Home depot truck with the hidden security switch...
Unit would lift to just into the second stage, the error forepo depressed, pulled epo out, lifted the rest of the way. Now the truck powers on/off by the epo switch, turning keyswitch does nothing. Key switch, epo switch, al assoiated wiring, carriabe card, stm manager, all relays test good, swapped with known good parts. Jumped security switch, removed keyswitch wires from carriage card per Raymond technical call line(jpc11-1 and 11-5)., same symptoms. Reinstall removed wires, removed epo wires from jpc11( wires11-2 and 11-3) truck now powers on through keyswitch and security switch. I'm at a loss, Raymond is telling me to replace keyswitch which does not fix it. Need some ideas. I ordered a key switch/epo harness as per my team lead but Its on back order for a month.

All wiring checked and tests good. Overmasts cables are both goodd, even ran jumper om cables. Swapped carriage control card and stm manager today with new Raymond cards. Engineering is saying the wires may be mislabeled, but there are so many jumpers in the keyswitch harness it is pretty hard to follow it in the truck.
