Power Issue

I have one of my Pallet Jacks that works for a minute and then the power just does, and it'll sit there for a minute or so and reset and power up again, I enter the code to run it and all is well until it does it again. Sometimes it spits out E-107. It's only a few years old. The batteries are full of water. It's currently at 78% charged.

The display is dead. Nothing works. I can check the voltage at the power connector and it's just fine, yet it's dead. If I just let it sit a minute, it powers up again and I can use it for a minute before it does it again. When it dies, it doesn't just lock up the brake either, it'll continue to roll a bit. Sometimes it shows Sro on the screen and the battery and hourglass icons are flashing. It'll reset and work again for a bit and then die again. Of course it's not usable like this.

The power will just die sitting there doing nothing and then power back up again on its own. Right now it seems to be just fine. So I just don't get it. It may be a while before it just starts acting up again.

The other issue I have with all of my Toyota's are the load wheels. THey don't hold up, last long. It's a food factory, they get wet a lot. O.E. wheels and bearings fail pretty quickly. I'm using some aftermarket ones I found that I can grease up and pack grease into the wheel cavity and into the bearings. They seem to be holding up better, but really have to keep up with the greasing on these things. I'll pump grease in and have water coming out. I have one that is starting to make bearing noises and have a little movement. So I'm going to have to replace that soon.

Of course moisture means rust. Get some rusting in the shaft and bearing and it's impossible to get apart to replace and I've had to cut the shaft out.

Inside the back, all looks nice. I don't know if there is a better solution for the wheels they keep replacing them with aftermarket that i can lube up.

I would check the voltage at the contactor continuously until it cuts out. Does it drop slowly? Also check all cables and wires for good connection.

Code E107 - Contactor Off
-Reason-
Contactor probably present but controller could not close it successfully.
-Possible Cause/ Corrective Action-
Problem with main contactor tips.
* If contactor clicks prior to displaying this code, polish contactor tips. If
this is unsuccessful, replace contactor.
Low voltage.
* Try closing contactor with a known-good battery.
Short in contactor coil wiring.
* Replace contactor.
