PLATFORM LEVEL TROUBLE

I am having problems with the platform level not working.I need to find out if you need to bleed the level system as I had to replace a hose. What I think is the problem that one of the cylinders may have a bad seal and oil is bypassing the cylinder. Anyone have any ways to test this system I could use your help.
