Pimespo Four/D Model 6355

Hi
Can anyone help with my four way Pimespo reach truck.
Problem occurs when first starting up and what happens is the truck won't change from 4 way to normal until 10 minutes after its turned on. Once it sterts to work it works normal until switched off again.
Have checked switches and looked for bad connections and haven't found anything.
Truck has 2 Sevcon controllers under the arm rest if that helps.
Any ideas.
Thanks

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
