PE4000-60 Problem

I am new to my position, my trainer is on vacation. I have a Crown PE4000-60 That is stuck in the lift position, I checked the switches and they are all good. I need some help. What should I do/check?

do you mean it keeps lifting? check the lift solenoid on the side of the lift motor. tap it with a hammer. its probably stuck. if that fixes it. replace the solenoid. or do you mean it wont lower at all?
