Toyota 8HBW23:
Pallet Jack doesn't go down.

I have no error codes. It's al the way up and now doesn't want to go down at all. All I hear is a click sound. It is coming from the solenoid lowering valve.

I assume if I hear it click when I push the button that something is working. If I unplug a wire, there is no more clicking. I can only assume the solenoid is good, But it's clicking, so is the valve working? Is it stuck. Is this really a thing that goes bad?

Can it be something else that is causing it not to go down that I'm missing?

Fixed it, kind of. It seemed to be stuck up for some reason. Once I got onto the force and hit the button it went down. It was kind of sticking at first, but after going up and down a few times, it started going back down on its own just fine.

With the weight of 4 lead acid batteries and yet it wouldn't drop on its own seems strange. So the valve was clicking open and working just fine, it was just stuck up.
