Hello!
Can someone help me with information on transmission pressures and test points on a CAT P5000 with serial AT 3400517?
Customer says he overhauled the transmission but truck does not move.
Thanks,

ob i sent you some specs on the powershift trans
it should help you check pressures and show you a couple of other things
good luck
if it has the single solenoid pneumatic mitsu transmission check main pressure tap marked M should be about 150 psi, then check d tap with trans in forward 150 psi 0 psi neutral 150 psi reverse if it has a dual solenoid cushion transmission readings should be the same but forward and reverse have their own pressure taps labeled f and r respectively. on a single solenoid style trans check the last chance solenoid strainer on the drivers side of the valve body with an allen head screw near the solenoid.
Is it possible for pressure to read "0" at the control valves?
Thanks swoop223. Sorry for the bad serial. The correct one is:
P5000R
Serial : AT3502640
If you have any info you can supply me with, you may send it to obandy01 at hot mail
Best regards,
