I am having an issue here, I have hyster s35ft with the psi system we are having an over fuel issue, I can pull the lp hose off and back a little and the truck runs good, no codes either, swapped the vap/reg and did not think about the epr valve, sure enough goes right through full pressure, cleaned it inspected no propylene build up or debris, check to see valve moves, I am assuming <------yeah I know, the valve is stuck open electronically so I disconnected the harness just for a quick check, still blowing through, I don't have a manual on this truck of course. Any advice on where to go, I don't have another unit handy to swap them out and they are alot new. Thanks in advance

Mustang,

Since you have installed a new converter and the fuel is still blowing through, please check all hose connections to make sure they are correct. Does the converter get cold? The pressure coming out of the converter should only be 3 to 4 PSI. You state LP is blowing through and valve is stuck open. Are you referring to the converter or ERP? I assume the valve stuck open is the lock off? Thanks.

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.
