Other eprom in fc2009b

Hello, I have a handset zapi fc2009b. I wanted to upload another EPROM but I cannot identify the EPROM chip. Please help. From what I found in another post, I need the 27c512 chip to upload the eprom, but there is nothing like this on my pcb.
