At one time early when the grey market stuff came out Toyota USA would not support them in any way. Later on I was advice that they would support them with service parts - I knew the former President of Toyota, Mr S.. Basu - we worked together at Allis Chalmers.
It could be that a lift of 40 plus years much not be supported any longer.
You might try a lift truck company called Atlas in the Chicago area - they were inporters of those grey market lifts. There was another grey market importer on the West Coast (California) but I believe they are no longer in business.

Good Luck
Yea I already tried Toyota I called them 3 months ago for a part can say they weren't no help
Your best bet is to contact your local Toyota dealer with make, model & serial number - they "MAY" be able to help - that truck is probably well over 40 years old. These units were not supported by Toyota in the US as they were imported via the "grey" market unauthorized distributors. Specs of the unit are typical for Japan and other SE Asia countries. - but they were cheap.
Good morning/afternoon I have a 2fgh14 forklift as well don't know much about but yesterday I was trying to get brakes to work and took off axle hub and vanilla fluid came out do you know if this is hydraulic fluid or hydraulic fluid mixed with transaxle fluid or is everything seperapate
Yes, it is known as a grey market truck which means it was sold in a different country and never meant for the US market. Not all parts are the same as for the US market. Typically they all have standard trans, gas powered and 2 stage 118" masts. Some manufacturers will not assist in parts support.
Was built in Japan. Now all Toyota trucks are built inUSA there are some models built in Japan. Rarely seen here.
Yes this truck has been termed a "grey market" import, imported to the US from Japan. Very popular in the early 1980's most had a 118" two stage mast. Specifications are not fully compliant to US specifications and service parts are hard to find. But they were cheap.
When you say off shore truck what do you mean ? Was it originally sold in another country and then brought to the US at some point? Is this normal?
Off shore truck built in early 70
