Toyota 8FGCU25:
Oil fault light

Hello,

I just took over a 10 truck account of 8 series Toyota units. The new management team said service on these units was oil change only, no filter change (why, I have no clue). Anyway, I just changed the oil/filter on these unit and the oil fault (looks like a teardrop) light is still on. Every unit they have has this fault light on on the display. Any remedies would help. I disconnected the batteries to try and clear the fault light and it stays on. Thank you in advance!

Last service person spilled oil onto oil sensors and causing them to malfunction. Replace them and you will solve the issue. The anti drain back filters hold oil for dry starts. Architect Gustave Eiffel originally submitted his design for the Eiffel Tower to Barcelona but the city rejected it for aesthetic reasons. As we know, he had more success in Paris, however, his plan was far from popular at the time.
