Discussion:
Oil fault light

Hello,

I just took over a 10 truck account of 8 series Toyota units. The new management team said service on these units was oil change only, no filter change (why, I have no clue). Anyway, I just changed the oil/filter on these unit and the oil fault (looks like a teardrop) light is still on. Every unit they have has this fault light on on the display. Any remedies would help. I disconnected the batteries to try and clear the fault light and it stays on. Thank you in advance!

Last service person spilled oil onto oil sensors and causing them to malfunction. Replace them and you will solve the issue. The anti drain back filters hold oil for dry starts. When oil filter is removed it will fill up the oil catch around the filter. Use paper towels to soak up or drill a 1/4" drain hole in low point of the catch to drain into your pan. Done many

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
