Hi everyone!!!
Direction of the motion richtruck CAT NR16N does not comply with indication on display on 90 degrees. Where is trouble?

Hello, how are you all?

I need CATERPILLAR electric trucks information. I see that this trucks are too much similar than ROCLA trucks. I am looking for technical information, or spare parts catalogue.

About the reach truck, maybe you know: is necessary to have a connection interface for to program the truck (like JH) with the laptop? Or, is possible to configure the truck using the display?.

Here is the trucks data:
Reach truck=> with DANAHER controllers
Model: NR16NHS
Serie: 8NN50004
Voltaje: 48V
Año:2010

pallet truck=> with SAUER DANFOSS controllers
Model: NPP20MR
Serie: 4AM10211
Voltaje: 24V
Año: 2011

there are 2 light sensitive sensors on the drive unit when you open the big door on the side. my guess would be they are wired wrong/crossed.
