Be a good idea to jack up & block the truck BEFORE you bypass the dead man handles if your working on your own!
OR get a 2nd person to operate the truck / stay in the cab.
A wet rag placed on each dead man handle will latch it on.
You can check the status on the A2 card.
Pin 201 is the left dead man
Pin 202 is the right dead man
Green led lit up means the dead man / switch input is activate.
The truck is basic free ranging.
You haven't mentioned if the truck is:
Just basic free ranging?
Fitted with wire guidance?
Set up for rail guidance?
As for the slow speed:
Brake air gap adjusted correctly?
Both the optical speed sensors on top of the traction motor correctly adjusted?
Is there any way to direct or by pass that relay to diagnose that
, I am having slow speed in an another same model. When start It is working ok about 5-6 minutes and then speed is reduced
Error 1 = Error on the safety relay A2, the relay does not follow the signal from the dead mans grip or has lost the signal "WG OK" during wire guided steering.
