Crown 30SP36TT:
not riding and steering

I have a problem with the forklift crown 3.0FPTT-4570
You can lift, but not ride and steering
the batterij indicator does not work (green lights) only the orange one is blinking
But the battery is fully charged

does anybody know what this means?
