noisy and erratic drive

Hi, anyone throw light on a strange traction fault, very noisy drive from drive axle when slow traction, improves when you get to 50% of max speed, also a noise from drive axle when stationary-anybody any ideas or even a manual for this truck please Still R60-30 516039
