Fork goes up about 3 feet then stops. Turn off, turn on then proceed another 3 feet then it stops again. so on and so on. Lower, half foot at a time, no need to turn off, just use the controls as off and on at half foot intervals. gives error code 1k when going up only??? No idea and i desperately need help please on the error code most of all. Thanks in advance, Regards, matt.
