Raymond 0710SL60TF:
No travel, pulses 2-3 times then nothing

We have had 5 different techs look at this unit. Everything has been tested or replaced. Main and Aux Control cards replaced, SCR1,2 &3 replaced, capacitor replaced, both motors rebuilt, rec 1 replaced, speed limit module replaced. This all started when the cooling hose broke. First tech install incorrect hose and unit has not ran since. Replaced the cooling hose with non conductive and then all the following repairs and no change. We have gone through all the tests in the manual with no issues. Still when trying to travel F or R contacts with pulse 2-3 times and then nothing. Amp draw when pulsing is about 100-120 amps. The one thing we did find is that with the wire at TP23 disconnected unit will travel but with no modulation from the throttle and the M contactor does not close. I can't find any info about TP23 or what it is supposed to tell the controller. I think it is a load sense but not sure. Oh BTW the battery voltage is 37.5 static and when trying to travel drops to 35.

The Michelin Guide with its star rating system originated in France in 1900. The guide was created as a marketing tool to encourage more car travel and consequently increase the demand for tyres. It initially contained maps, tire repair instructions, and lists of restaurants, hotels, and mechanics.
