No travel fwd or rev Ace 50 with Actronic system,,,Help please!!

I have a Ace 50 with no fwd or rev travel, contactors will not close when direction is selected. Lift, tilt and ps contactors operate normally. I have 36vdc on both sides of the fwd and rev contactor coils and neither goes to negative. The system is an actronic controlled system. I have checked all the diodes and they are ok. I am getting power everywhere but it appears i am missing a negative to the contactor coils. I am not familiar with this system, I was much to young when the actronic system came out. I appreciate any help on this matter.

Thanks
