Crown SP3010-30:
no traccion and when i try to move it reads ...GATES...

Im working on this SP3010-30-S order picker. it didnt have any traccion only lift.. when I active with the key.. it shows in the accesory panel...test.. and I can hear that the brake activates and desactivates then.. the accesory panel shown the rench and when i activate the key it shows the word... GATE.. I already check all the contac tips and clean of carbon each one.. I check the relays the two big ones on the distribution card where melted.. i fix them the best I could.. and I still get the word.. GATE.. on the accesory panel... help.. any ideas where to check.. i dont have the service manual.. sorry

I have other service manuals... from other CROWN forklift non a order picker...that somebody knows.. what other model have the same control system as the SP3010-30-S... as a reference to try to find the problem.. i will appreciate the help

I'd assume you do not have a service terminal available? Do check you actual side gate switches and associated wiring as well as battery gate switches if equipped.
