No tilt forward or back & wount lower

Hi I have replaced the micro switches check the wiring.. change the solenoids check the circuit board...all fuse is good.. set switch is good.. No corrosion in the big black box on left step.. switch the release valve.. change the SAS sensor under the battery ????? Where do we go from here ?????
