No Start

I have propane from tank to Impco model J regulator (new regultor, old regulator diaphram shot), replaced spark plug wires (had two bad wires), replaced cap (no continuity at center probe). I am able to get fuel through regulator if I push on diaphram and have fuel to mixer but will not start. when I try to start no fuel going to mixer only if I do it manually.
