Began checking all plug connections to access modules happened to have access 7 unplugged when I rekeyed the machine nothing happened then I noticed a rekey on access One display shut Lift-Off plugged-in access 7 everything appears as it should full display then I was able to read codes for a faulty brake switch would not calibrate replaced switch recalibrated it also a communication fault codes but I believe these were probably in the plugs anyway lift is back in service thank you very much
I would check all the connectors going to all of the access modules. Also, see if you have a module with no power indicator light on. It looks like a module is either bad or not registering due to power issue. I've seen this before.
RC 55 45-40 no start-up get battery indicator lights and a wrench have swapped out access one have swapped out complete distribution card and relays power to contactors the swap out anyway there is no display no functions to access menu I found this truck setting in our charger area with no work order but I believe it was operating fine have checked all fuses and have voltage to access one any information would be helpful thank you
Could you please give an exact detail of your issue? That original post is quite old. Was this truck running fine and all of a sudden started having this problem? The more details that you could provide the better. Thank you.
