Discussion:
No power to operate lift or driveu

I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with the boom lift. The operators told me it would operate for a few minutes then stop then they would have to power down and up again to get the lift to function. As time went on the function time got shorter until it wouldn't power up at all. If you play with the key switch turn on to basket or base you can get a slight powering up chirp and the controller light would light up for a split second. Power is going to the controller and there are no blown fuses or tripped circuits. I don't want to just replace the controller if it could be something I'm missing. Any help would be appreciated. FIXED------

I sent the lift to JLG. The power destitution board was found to be dead.
This was the main power supply board. Replaced that and everything worked expect the jib movement. They used the scan tool to reprogram that function.

Did you find it the problem on your lift? Sounds like a battery issue. They might be dry. A lot of the time when your machine run time decreases, it's because of lack of acid levels in the battery.

Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
