no more forward or backward

Hello everyone, all of you first I'm french, so forgive me for typing errors,
I join you because I have a problem with my elevator nissan lpg forklift year 2000, I have no more back or forward, just a semblance of catch but when I accelerate it does not happen to move or with difficulty.
I wanted to have your lights to help me in my search for failure.
