Yale ERC040:
No Forward or Reverse - ERC040ACN

I have been through a lot of troubleshooting. I now have a LX Handset with the EV100/200 cable. I cannot get the handset to power up. Tried key off and key on holding down the CONT, but nothing. I tested the voltage on the pins in the Forklift but I cannot find any reference online on what voltage the test pins should have. 7 pins have no power. The others range from 0.23v to 0.905v. Does anyone have a diagram or list of what power should be on the test pins on the Forklift? I am assuming none of the power readings I am getting are enough to power the handset. Thank you for your help.
