No forward drive

My T40 D doesn't drive forward. Reverse is 100% fine!
Sometimes, when you gently give it power, it will drive forward very slowly.
Is this a sticky solenoid?
Does anyone have a manual and wiring diagram?
Any advice would be appreciated!!
